The room was quitevery comfy and tidy, with a cozy little corner that was perfect. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with any inquiries. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk to many great restaurants and attractions.
The breakfast could have had more options.

Good service, good breakfast with croissants and the surliest, as for instance. Tastefully decorated, soundproof room with an own bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet. Location adjacent to the contemporary art museum in Rome, the '' real '' center, and shops.

Il Piccolo Diavolo Pizza&Grill was a flavor explosion! The trio of tasty eateries nearby keeps your options fresh and local. Plus, the hotel vibes feel lively, with an authentic Italian environment that avoids the tourist trap! Can't forget the super cute handle of self-check-in-so smooth!
The hotel's like a cozy charming cottage, but it's a bit rundown. The cramped space feels like a game of Tetris. Beware the key shuffle! You can't stash it and roam freely-gotta return to reception every time, which can be a bit of a buzzkill.

Cleaning services provided every day. Good location, quite distant from all the crazy turistic places, offering you a more italian version of the city!!
Quite old furniture and breakfast is not offered as self service, making you feel a bit restrained.

Every thing was bad, room with no light, i couldn't turn in the room without getting hit by the furniture. We were charged extra night because we changed the duration of our reservation, and they failed to show us any proof that it was a written policy. Never going there again

The room was spacious with air conditioning, a tv, and a minibar. Daily housekeeping ensured cleanliness with fresh towels and toiletries. The hotel had a nice quiet location. It was close to a variety of local restaurants for authentic Italian meals. The staff were super cute, providing helpful hints for exploring the area.

One of those hotels where the third star is getting a bit old and starting to fade. The staff was nice and helpful and the room was clean but maintenance is insufficient and things and walls look worn. It is a fine place to stay but should be evaluated as a 2 star hotel.

Nice staff, except one person, available to accept our complaints and solve the problems, moving us to better rooms.
Some rooms are too small, furniture is a bit old and matresses need replacement. Noise from other rooms. Small breakfast room and very poor breakfast. A bit far from the main attractions.
